ELV Engineer
Job Scope
  • Perform all wiring and hardware installation, configurations, upgrades and backup of software at end user locations. Troubleshoot a broad range of software and hardware failures and identification network problem which relate to PCs, CCTV
  • Provide support for the WAN/LAN/ TCP IP environment, structure cabling for networking, CCTV and Door Access, problem analysis and resolution.
  • Provide on-site support, maintenance and servicing of equipments and system where required
Requirements
  • Basic hardware & software knowledge/ PC Setup & dismantle
  • Able to work on-site and as when required
  • Good team rapport, multi-tasking and able to work independently under minimal supervision

Job Scope
  • Recruitment & Manpower Planning – Prescreened, shortlist candidates, arrange & conduct interview, monitor Jobstreet’s account
  • Coordinate Company Activities & Events – Preparations of budgets, pamphlets before finalize the events, consisting of company trips, annual dinner, sports day and etc
  • Staff Orientation & Induction – Introduction for new employees consisting of orientation session, introduction to existing colleagues & work environment and other matters related to HR

Job Scope
  • Reporting to Technical & Helpdesk Manager
  • Provides first level support and perform desktop level of troubleshooting with remote connection
  • Perform first level of troubleshoot for PC, laptop and printers
  • Helpdesk role to log, update, follow up
  • In-house support of troubleshooting, format, diagnostic, repair and reinstall for production machine
  • Coordinate field engineers schedule for on-site support
  • Monitor command center for network system and escalate when trigger alert
